On the afternoon of September 6, 2023, in Jakarta, Chinese Premier HE Li Qiang congratulated and conveyed the greetings and wishes of HE President Xi Jinping to Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet and Samdech Techo, while Samdech Thipadei did the same in return to the President and the people of China.
