With the full approval of the composition of the Council of Ministers for the 7th legislature of the National Assembly, His Excellency Kitti Tesaphibal Bindit Prime Minister Hun Manet has solemnly promised before the National Assembly as well as to the Cambodian people throughout the country the five guarantees of the Royal Government based on the implementation of political platform for Cambodia’s advancement:
First, to ensure the absolute protection of peace, stability, security, and safety for the well-being of the people in all parts of the country; protect independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity for a long time to come from destructive or abusing force of any form maybe.

Third, to ensure the continuous elevation and improvement of people’s lives by providing quality youth education and vocational training as well as employment opportunities; Helping farmers to expand production and find markets for agricultural products sale of reasonable prices, continuing to raise the minimum wage […]
Fourth, to ensure social security and stability in the livelihood of the people at present as well as in the future, through the development and strengthening of the social protection system, which includes effective and sustainable and social assistance and social security that protects all the people […]
Fifth, to ensure increased attention to the sustainability of socio-economic development and building resilience to climate change through optimal use of demographic gains and strengthening demographic resilience of Cambodia; to promote gender equality; to sustainably manage natural resource […]./.
